Job Description

We’re seeking an energetic, ambitious, and motivated Customer Success Manager who is a master of managing digital projects, teams, and deliverables. The Customer Success Manager will be managing key projects centered around Cyrano customer implementation and account management.

The Customer Success Manager (also called a customer’s Video Expert) will own the customer relationships and be responsible for the delivery of the Cyrano experience to end users, ensuring a seamless customer onboarding, enrollment and implementation process.

In addition, from time to time, you will be expected to participate in the sales process and to collaborate with other Cyrano team members in our mission to make our clients successful.

Post implementation the Customer Success Managers shape customer engagements by defining scope and effort then lead the project team to successful delivery against the plan. Customer Success Managers manage the client relationship at the senior level and have a high-level of commitment to customer success.

Pay
  • $50,000 – $80,000 per year

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s (Required)
  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer Experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities
  • Provide a project plan to manage and implement new customers
  • Further develop and expand new use cases to grow customer accounts
  • Coordination and collaboration among internal stakeholders across Cyrano for a successful customer
  • Communications planning and enforcement
  • Regular status reporting (quarterly / annual account reviews)
  • Deliver positive customer service to build long-lasting relationships with clients
  • Working with customers throughout the engagement lifecycle and providing best practice guidance, support and acting as a trusted advisor
  • Manage and resolve all conflicts with clients in a timely, efficient manner
  • Interact and coordinate strategies with sales and customer service team members that are working on the same assigned accounts
  • Continuous expectation setting and cohesion building across all parties
