Sales Development Representative

Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative, your first 3-6 months are spent training and learning about the Cyrano Solution, the healthcare/hospital industry, video techniques and video production, employee engagement and internal communications, as well as all the tools and services needed to perform. During these initial months the SDR will be supporting Senior SDR’s with prospecting, lead generation and cold calling. After the initial onboarding and training period, the SDR should have demonstrated a mastery level knowledge of our solutions, success with appointment setting and the ability to navigate the entire sales process.

  • $60,000 – $70,000 Base

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Research accounts, capture contact information of key decision makers
  • Qualify leads from the list of US hospital and leads provided from inbound marketing campaigns
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate Use Cases
  • Create and send video emails to prospects
  • Set up Cyrano Demonstrations
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop/refine marketing collateral and video content used in the lead generation/sales opportunity qualifying process.
  • Work with Marketing and senior SDR’s to develop call scripts and follow up emails
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and senior SDR’s
  • Report on (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly) results
  • Update Daily Call Reporting
  • Keep contact information for prospects up to date in SalesLoft.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • Proven work experience as a sales representative
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent
