Before Recording

How do I set up the Studio Kit?

When can I expect my Recording Tasks?

You can expect your recording tasks at least 5 days before your recording date.

What do I do if my recording date changes?

Please submit a report using our issue form: Men’s Health & Women’s Health.

During Recording

What do I do if my WiFi / service is bad?

Record using “Low-Bandwidth Mode”, and you can upload the clips to the platform once you reach a location with better coverage.

What do I do if my application freezes or stops working?

Try these steps: close out of application fully and restart app, log out and back in again, delete & reinstall your application. If this does not resolve your issue, record using native phone camera and follow these instructions for how to upload afterwards.

I accidentally saved or deleted the wrong recording task!

It's okay! Just tap the quick record button in the application to record your clip and name it accordingly.

After Recording

How do I submit a shot sheet?

When will my videos be ready?

Videos will be returned in 2-3 weeks from the date the shot sheet was submitted.

Can I get my videos expedited?

Unfortunately, we cannot expedite videos. Depending on our workload however, we will oftentimes complete videos sooner than 2-3 weeks.

Why have I only received some of my videos?

We edit and return videos on a rolling basis, so you may not receive all videos at the same time. If it has been 3 + days, please reach out, and we will look into your video status.

Something is wrong / incorrect in my videos?

If anything is wrong in your videos (lower thirds, name, logo, etc), please submit a report using the issue form links in the Important Links section of this page.
