Email Safe Sender Lists

Email platforms can mark your Cyrano emails as spam, so your recipients can’t see them in their inboxes. This article tells you how to add Cyrano to the Safe Sender list in Gmail and Outlook, but it’s a similar process for all platforms.

Adding Cyrano to Safe Sender List in Gmail

1. Find and open a Cyrano email (mail@cyranoapp.media) in your Spam folder [icon color=”Accent-Color” size=”small” icon_size=”” image=”fa-exclamation-circle”]
2. Click on the Report Not Spam button at the top of the email. The email will be moved to your main Inbox.

All emails from Cyrano will now appear in your Inbox.

Adding Cyrano to Safe Sender List in Outlook

1. Find and open a Cyrano email (mail@cyranoapp.media) in your Junk Email folder [icon color=”Accent-Color” size=”small” icon_size=”” image=”fa-ban”]
2. At the top right of the email, click the More Actions [icon color=”Accent-Color” size=”small” icon_size=”” image=”fa-ellipsis-h”] button.
3. Click Add to Safe Senders.
4. Click OK in the pop-up window.

All emails from Cyrano will now appear in your Inbox.
