Contact Lists
This article will explain how to create and utilize the Contact Lists features using the Cyrano webpage.
What are Contact Lists?
Contact lists are exactly what they sound like. They are a list of certain contacts you have that receive the same programs from you consistently. Instead of selecting them individually from your contacts every time you want to send them a video in an email, you can create a list and send the video to everyone in the list each time.
Accessing your Lists
To access your contact lists, click on the Audience tab [icon color=”Accent-Color” size=”small” icon_size=”” image=”fa-users”] on the far left side of the homepage. Then click on the Contact Lists tab [icon color=”Accent-Color” size=”tiny” icon_size=”” image=”fa-list-ul”] at the bottom of the Audience menu. This will take you to the Contact Lists grid. From there you can view all of your lists as well as search through them using the search bar at the top of the page. For each list, the number of subscribers, the number of people who have unsubscribed, and the number of contacts deleted from the list.
Creating/Editing Contact Lists
To create a Contact List, click the “Add List” button in the top right corner of the screen. You will be prompted to name your new list and then click “Create List” at the bottom of the creation menu. You will then be able to go back to the List grid. To add contacts to a list, navigate to the Contacts [icon color=”Accent-Color” size=”tiny” icon_size=”” image=”fa-address-book-o”] grid in the Audience [icon color=”Accent-Color” size=”small” icon_size=”” image=”fa-users”] tab. Search for the contacts you want to add to your list and select the check box by their name. Once you have selected all your contacts click on the drop down menu “Actions” in the upper right part of the grid and select “Add Contacts to List”. This will bring up your List grid and allow you to select the list you want to populate.
