Reset Password

You may want to reset your password if you’ve forgotten it or to renew your account’s security. This article explains how to reset your password on desktop and mobile.

Resetting a Forgotten Password

Desktop

  1. On the Cyrano login page, click Forgot Password.
  2. Enter the email address that you use for your Cyrano account and click Request Link.
  3. You’ll receive an email with a temporary password and a link to reset your password. Follow the link and enter your new password.

Mobile

  1. Open the Cyrano mobile app. Type in the email address you use for your Cyrano account and tap Log In.
  2. On the next page, tap Forgot Password. Enter your Cyrano account email.
  3. You’ll receive an email with a temporary password and a link to reset your password. Follow the link and enter your new password.

Resetting a Password while Logged In

It’s responsible to change your password regularly to help keep your Cyrano account secure. Here’s how you can do this:

Desktop

  1. Navigate to your Profile page by using this link or use the side menu of Cyrano’s web portal and click on [icon color=”Accent-Color” size=”small” icon_size=”” image=”fa-user”] at the bottom.
  2. In the side menu of the Personal Profile page, select Change Password [icon color=”Accent-Color” size=”small” icon_size=”” image=”fa-key”]
  3. Enter your current password and your new password and click Change Password.

Mobile

  1. From the Home page, open the menu and select Settings [icon color=”Accent-Color” size=”small” icon_size=”” image=”fa-gear”]
  2. In this side menu, select Change Password [icon color=”Accent-Color” size=”small” icon_size=”” image=”fa-key”]
  3. Enter your current password and your new password and tap Change Password.
