This guide provides steps for downloading and signing up for Cyrano. A link to download a PDF version of this guide is provided at the bottom of this page.
Downloading the Cyrano App
Click on one of the buttons below to download the Cyrano App. When the app is downloaded, open it up.
Creating an Account
- On the log in page, you will see an option called Join your Cyrano team. Press this to create an account, using your company email to sign up.
- Once you hit Continue, Cyrano will send you an email with a verification code. Type this code into the space provided and click submit.
- Fill out your name and phone number. Click Submit after you enter your personal information.
- You’ll receive one more email giving you a temporary password. In this email, press Join Team.
- You’ll be taken to a new page to change your password. Use the temporary password as the “old password” and create a custom, secure password for “new password”.
After changing your password, you will be taken to your Inbox. This is where you can view all your organization’s current videos. Be on the lookout for more videos in the future!
