This article explains how to utilize the Basic Setup for your company’s instance on the Cyrano webpage.

 

How to access your Basic Setup

To access your Basic Setup navigate to the Organization tab [icon color=”Accent-Color” size=”small” icon_size=”” image=”fa-building-o”] on the far left side of the Cyrano homepage and click Basic [icon color=”Accent-Color” size=”tiny” icon_size=”” image=”fa-cog”] located under Setup. This will open up your organizations basic information.

 

What can I find under Basic Setup?

In the Basic Setup menu you will be able to edit the following information about your organization.

  • Company/Organization Name
  • Website
  • Logos (What image will appear for your organization)
  • Address
  • Program Details

How to Access you Advanced Setup

To access your Advanced Setup navigate to the Organization tab [icon color=”Accent-Color” size=”small” icon_size=”” image=”fa-building-o”] on the far left side of the Cyrano homepage and click Advanced [icon color=”Accent-Color” size=”tiny” icon_size=”” image=”fa-cogs”] located under Setup. This will open up your organizations basic information.

What can you do in Advanced Setup?

In Advanced Setup you can manage what information is displayed in your users profiles and what information is mandatory. You can manage

  • Basic Profile
  • Personal Profile
  • Professional Profile
  • Prior Work Experience
  • Business Location
  • Social Profile
  • Professional Bio
